In accordance with the EN 16034:2014 – EN 13241:2016 + A2:2016 standards.
- Door consisting of vertical modular panels positioned side by side and assembled; the panels are made from two external sheets of galvanized steel, with a high-density insulating pack sandwiched between them.
Horizontal assembly and reinforcing profile on the upper side of the door, made from “C” profile galvanized steel.
The lower guide is integral with the door, made from a “C” profile in galvanized steel, which engages in two watertight guiding ball bearings, positioned on the ground beyond the opening.
Recessed handles on both sides of the door.
The total thickness of the door is 80 mm.
- Perimeter sealing labyrinths between the door and the wall, made from galvanized steel, affixed onto the door and into the wall using expansion bolts.
Thermo-expanding gasket positioned on the labyrinths for sealing at high temperatures.
- Upper support and sliding guide shaped using a bending press made from high-strength galvanized steel with a thickness of 4mm, equipped with a closing limit switch and a galvanized steel cover; the structure is affixed to the wall using expansion bolts.
The support and sliding wheels of the door are made of galvanized steel. Each wheel has two watertight ball bearings.
A counterweight with dragging cable and guide are enclosed in two galvanized steel casings.
- Operation with opening retention system consisting of a 140 kg electromagnet powered by 24 V with an absorption of 100 mA.
- Self-closing provided by means of a counterweight that slides vertically in the dedicated casing, which is in turn connected by a steel cable to the door.
- Safety devices consisting of a closing speed regulator and end-of-stroke shock absorber.
