Technical Characteristics

Internal Glass Fireproof Window for pedestrians Class EI 60 – EN 1634-1

Approved in accordance with the Ministerial Decree of 21/06/2014

  • Window frame constructed with a load-bearing frame in 3 mm-thick tubular galvanized steel, protected on two sides by silicate-based cement matrix sheets mechanically affixed to the structure.

Cladding with extruded aluminium profiles, shaped so that the frame is flush with the door, with containment seats for the double cold smoke and thermo-expanding seals.

Horizontal strip at the height of the lock and 170 mm baseboard.

The total thickness of the window is 70 mm.

  • PYROSTOP fireproof glass consisting of float sheets with fireproof material sandwiched between them, total thickness 21-23 mm.

Laminated glass becomes opaque when exposed to sunlight or temperatures above 45°C.

  • Surface finish by means of painting or anodizing:

Approved in accordance with the Ministerial Decree of 21/06/2014

  • Window frame constructed with a 1.5 mm-thick tubular steel frame, cold profiled, internally insulated with asbestos-free silicate-based cement matrix sheets, with containment seats for the double cold smoke and thermo-expanding seals.

Horizontal strip at the height of the lock.

The total thickness of the window is 95 mm.

  • PYROSTOP fireproof glass consisting of float sheets with fireproof material sandwiched between them, total thickness 51-54 mm.

Laminated glass becomes opaque when exposed to sunlight or temperatures above 45°C.

  • Surface finish by means of painting or anodizing:

Adjustable three-wing steel hinges screwed to the frame, with thrust bearings, stainless steel pins.

Fire-resistant lock with nickel-plated through cylinder and pair of heat-resistant stainless-steel handles for fire doors, complete with roses and escutcheons.

Overhead door closer with compass arm.

The main door has a fire-resistant lock with nickel-plated through cylinder and pair of heat-resistant stainless-steel handles for fire doors, complete with roses and escutcheons.

The secondary door has a counter lock with a self-locking flush bolt device during closing and a lever for opening.

Overhead door closer with compass arm on each door.

Central locking selector.
