Burglar-proof external pedestrian door for escape routes CE Marked – Class C4
In accordance with the EN 14351-1:2016 + A2:2016 – EN 1627:2011 standards
- Frame with a high moment of inertia section, made of 2.5 mm-thick shaped galvanized steel profile, with seats for EPDM gaskets, one in correspondence with the push side and an additional gasket in correspondence with the stop cover on the opposite side.
13 brackets with bolts for surface fixing the frame to the wall hidden by a profile, to be positioned after anchoring the door, on the three internal sides of the frame
The frame is shaped to lie flush with the door on the hinge side.
- Door in 1.5 mm-thick galvanized steel sheet, boxed and press-folded around the perimeter in such a way as to form a stop that is solid, resistant, safe and elegant.
The frame is reinforced in the internal of the perimeter with an intermediate crossmember in sturdy T-profile steel.
Additional 2 mm-thick manganese steel sheet inserted internally to protect the entire surface of the external pull side of the door.
Multilayer internal insulation, using panels with specific characteristics to obtain great bending and torsional rigidity, glued directly to the sheets.
The total thickness of the door is 65 mm.
- On the internal side of the door, in contact with the floor, there is a steel profile with an anti-intrusion function, designed to prevent fraudulent activation of the panic bar using tools inserted under the lower edge of the door. Automatic external lower door seal applied on the above-described profile.

Three CE-marked hinges with grade 14 in accordance with the EN 1935 standard: 200,000 cycles with a mass of 160kg on each individual hinge, made from three-winged steel machined from solid billet and equipped with a thrust bearing, sized for practically unlimited duration even under the most severe conditions of use.
CE-marked three-way lateral lock, with automatic reset when the door is closed, with the three bolts engaged in the master frame to a total depth of 20 mm.

On the pull side of the door, the following can be ordered as optional extras: fixed doorknob and anti-drill half cylinder protected by a manganese defender.
Surface treatment with RAL 7035-coloured primer.
